Orca as in gnome-orca the screen reader?

Yes, problems. I don't know about Wheezy but the dependencies are
broken in Sid right now.

It is always annoying when software working perfectly in one release
is broken due to dependency issues.

But people are the problem. Ask ten people about different systems
and I regret to acknowledge that more of them will want the newest
fluff and glitter and choose it over functionality and long term
stability. It is the populace at large that causes the breakage.
Never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups.

You have to? Why do you have to?

Agreed. That way leads to madness.

Right. It is a production release. It is stable. It has security
support. Sounds great. Use it all of the time.

That "other computer" is the problem? That sounds like a movie plot.
Why will you have to reinstall your system on that "other computer"?

By your statement it implies that you believe Squeeze won't work on
your other computer? Why not?

I know nothing of the details but gnome-orca has "gnome" in the name.

The gnome 2 branch of the family tree was killed by the gnome 3 branch
of the family. This is rather like the cuckoo that lays an egg
parasitically in the nest of a different unsuspecting bird species.
The egg hatches and the bigger more agressive cuckoo bird kills the
original hatchlings and eggs and is raised by the preyed upon host
species. In a similar way gnome 3 has killed most of the gnome 2
ecosystem.

It is still a long time until Wheezy releases. There is no indicate
one way or the other about whether gnome-orca will be in wheezy or
not. It is too early to tell. I think you should be patient and wait
and see. A lot can happen in a year.
