Xfce has the panel facility. So does LXDE. Both are light weight enough
to have enlightenment run on top and still give change in the footprint.
I like two Window Managers, as I've had XFCE play up in the past and
Enlightenment is a far different story to what it used to be and has
panels also. You can hide them as well to cater for real estate
requirement. Now my WM of choice.
