I'd say you are closed to these options:
* Find an external USB-based CD or HD drive.
* Find the way to open the case to extract the internal HD.
* Find a different computer with a floppy disk drive.
Lacking any of these (you migth buy them, rent them or find a friend who lend
them) you don't own a laptop but a brick.
