No, they don't get that list. At least, you cannot tell whether they do
from looking at that web page. What you are seeing is a flash element,
interpreted by your *local* flash plugin, that's showing you your
*local* settings, cookies etc.

Your logic is going to fall on deaf ears, unfortunately.  Heck, it even says the same thing you just did on the page linked:

"The list of websites above is stored on your computer only so that you can view or change your privacy settings or local storage settings. Adobe has no access to this list, or to any of the information that the websites may have stored on your computer."

Too many people in tinfoil hats around here for you to be heard!
