Using procmail, it can be done this way:

:0:
* ^X-Mailing-List: <debian-.+@lists.debian.org>
* ^X-Mailing-List: <debian-\/[-a-zA-Z0-9]+
Debian/$MATCH

You just have to add these few lines above in your ~/.procmailrc
