ISTM that all other things being equal, reply-to-munging is a bad thing. That said, it's rare that all things are equal, and certainly there are situation where reply-to-munging could be prefereable. I personally run a (very small) list for some friends who insist on remaining clueless. So I just implemented reply-to-munging for the 6 of us and it's just easier that way. It doesn't affect me as I use 'L' by simple muscle memory. Maybe it's self selecting? If you think you're ready for debian (an ever lowering bar, btw) then you better be ready for simple things like understanding how lists work... meh. just another .02 A
