That's dumb. Although most of the time the downloads go well, this isn't
guaranteed. CRCs, which are used for packet verification, aren't 100%
reliable (they cover most of the cases, but not all).

That's rude. Even if the person complaining wasn't nice (which may be due to
a translation problem), there is no reason for you to be rude. (S)He may
have a real problem. If you have a problem with the message, just ignore
it.
