Ah, you mean the same search box that is on iceweasel and on konqueror.
 Do you think it's there because of some sort of conspiracy by google to
rule the planet?  Or perhaps because it is handy (and you can change it
to use whatever search engine you want).

I see a flamewar starting.

As to the topic at hand, I could care less what Dell does.  They aren't
likely to sell any PC's to me because they are too expensive for what
they deliver.  You can buy pieces of junk from them cheap, but if you
want a real computer, you have to pay for it.

Still, I can see the point of a major hardware vender offering Linux on
their desktop machines a good thing.  They just won't be coming my way.
