Same thing with the Voice Recognition. And most of the VR companies were
bought by a single other company to not be named, and it isn't IBM.

These were the ones that allowed the "encumbered" part to be downloaded
and used for non-commercial or educational purposes.

I'll bet you can't guess what other company's name?
