It can be done but it is very, very convoluted. Windows always likes to overwrite the MBR which means you will lose GRUB or LILO. You can reinstall GRUB (I've not tried it with LILO) and then edit menu.lst to point to your Windows installation. This may or may not work depending on which side of the bed Bill Gates got out of today :)
