the lists are sometimes wrong - and as such are a risky way of dropping email.
Most of them have app. disclaimers - with good reason.
Also - afaik its entirely up to you how you rate domains listed in there.
No point in blaiming them - they just give you a simple info on if the domain is or isnt listed.
Just one fake subscription to this list made by a spamer and _BANG_ - we are all on the list.
In your case - id sooner set the softlimit higher and train bayes to know exim and debian are good sites, or drop the offending blacklist.
