Whoops... It looks like Andrew's descriptions were a little mixed up.
According to the Mutt manual, it isn't "use_from" that does this, it's
"envelope_from". That is, setting "envelope_from" will derive the
envelope sender from the "From" address and pass it to "sendmail" via
the "-f" option, so *that* would be the ugly hack you'd want, if you
like ugly hacks.
