Such duplicate CCs are almost certainly a small fraction of one's total
email; regardless of how meager one's net access (and until recently I
was on a pay-per-minute slow dialup link), if one is receiving mail over
the link _at all_ then the occasional duplicate CC of a reply to one's
own messages is not a significant factor.
