Now here I think the glcore and dri are interfering with the loading of the nvidia glx remove/comment out the lines and see if that helps. For your TV-Out problem I would suggest checking the Nvnews Linux Forum (1) I have seen a couple of posts on the TV-Out and the 8756 driver perhaps someone has discovered a solution.
