A search of the Debian packages for linux-source finds nothing.

What are the entries in your /etc/apt/sources.list?

I have

deb http://ftp.nl.debian.org/debian/ testing main non-free contrib
deb-src http://ftp.nl.debian.org/debian/ testing main non-free contrib

deb http://ftp.nl.debian.org/debian/ unstable main non-free contrib
deb-src http://ftp.nl.debian.org/debian/ unstable main non-free contrib

and I find the 2.6.15 kernel sources in both the "testing" and the
"unstable" repository. (Mirrors other than the "nl" one should give the
same result, of course.)

If you are specifically looking for versions between 2.6.8 and 2.6.15,
you can find those at http://snapshot.debian.net. I am not sure if it is
advisable to use kernel sources which have been dropped from Debian
proper, though, as they might have unpatched security flaws.
