Hi Dan,
I recently needed to get utf8  to work and used 'dpkg-reconfigure locales' and the
option avaible use 'UTF8' but that didn't work after I set it up. So I
did 'LC_ALL=en_US.utf8 mutt'(as an example) and this worked. So, I think
'locales' setup works but sets values that in this case mutt doesnt
recognize. Is the error in mutt for not working with UTF8 vs uft8 or is
it with the way 'locales' data is setup?
