Maybe the system itself could also assign priorities to members. For
instance, it maybe be very important for the "keynote speaker" to be
there, so his/her priorities should themselves be prioritised.

Also, if someone does not specify a priority for a timeslot, it
shouldn't be 4, but rather NULL?
