Not quite.  All *Red Hat based* Linux documentation states runlevel 5 is for
multiuser.  gdm doesn't just install to runlevel 2.  In Debian, runlevels,
2, 3, 4, and 5 are identical by default on the assumption that the user
will customize the runlevels to fit their needs.
