I was scarred when I found that out! The only reason I use oo at home is to
open a table and get some values. I don't have to save anything. Gnumeric
does open that table now whereas it wouldn't the last time I tried (quite a
while ago) so I haven't had too hard a time.

I just put this machine together a few months ago and haven't had any trouble
(it hasn't been to hot this year though). I run the think application from
find-a-drug 24/7 so this is something I always keep an eye on. There is of
course a fan on the cpu and I also put a fan on the case to keep things cool,
but on hot days it is noisey since the fans on this box kick up when it
starts to get warm. The fans are humming a bit as I write this but in the
morning when I get up they will be quiet again. Short answer, I haven't had
any heat problems.
