Download the lineakd package. I also have the Microsoft Digital Media
Pro keyboard. I use lineakd to set up those extra keys. Unfortunately, I
have NOT been able to get all of them to work. The keys I have been
unable to use are:

Messenger, My Music, My Pictures, all the silver Favorites keys, Log
Off, and the Zoom slider.

The keys I DO have working are:

the 3 volume keys (raise, lower, mute), the four audio media keys
(play/pause, stop, previous, next), My Documents, Mail, Web/Home,
Calculator, and Sleep

Also, check out the lineak mailing list at
https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/lineak-devel
