Using " works most of the time, but, if you encouter some URL like http://bbs.ustc.edu.cn/cgi/sf?bid=260&aof=M425dea7e&fn=23.jpg
It does not work properly.


When encountering things like this, I think it's always a good idea to
use the quotes yourself, not relying on the program your function uses
to trap it, in which case having $1 unquoted would work fine.

header "http://some.site";
