The ones from Debian or a vanilla kernel from kernel.org ? While building ipw2100 you need to pass the kernel headers path as an argument for the kernel your are going to build. Eg: m-a --kernel-dir /usr/src/kernel-source-2.6.8-x-xx or m-a --kernel-dir /usr/src/kernel-headers-2.6.8-x-xx You make sure that the headers/source are the same for the kernel you'll be using.
