Printing from Mozilla is a matter of luck more than anything (either xprint or 
its interface to Mozilla sucks). Generally, when using lpr directly, you 
might need to pass the appropriate job option, like

lpr -o Duplex=DuplexNoTumble file.ps
lpr -o Duplex=DuplexTumble file.ps

Also, make sure you have the cupsys-bsd package installed. It provides 
versions of the BSD tools like lpr that use the CUPS configuration.
