Think of stable as just being a snapshot of testing at some fixed time.
Once the current testing gets moved into stable, testing will continue
to evolve with new and updated packages, but stable will stay fixed,
except for security updates, until the next stable snapshot is taken
(more than a year). So you can decide which one you want.
