Where can I find .deb package of ytnef?

Google says that there is not one:
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&q=ytnef+filetype%3Adeb+&btnG=Search

You can download the source and use the checkinstall
package to have it track the installed components as
part of a rudimentary Debian package.

Where can I find source code of mimencode utility?

According to the Debian package search page, the package
is called metamail:
http://packages.debian.org/cgi-bin/search_contents.pl?word=mimencode&searchmode=searchfiles&case=insensitive&version=unstable&arch=i386

Thus, a simple 'apt-get source metamail' will do the trick.
