his versions of dd and rawrite for Windows.

This lets you browse ext2 from a specialized application but you can't
mount them natively.  Use the IFS (Installable File System) Driver for
that.

It seems though that those programs don't allow you to
mount ext2 filesystem images, only partitions on
a HD :( (by images I mean regular files which contain ext2
filesystem produced by mke2fs - under Linux you mount it by
using "-o loop" with 'mount').
