yup.. remove the old map ( boot config ) and re-running lilo
will allow you to isntall the new boot images you want in the lilo menu

	- if you simple add a new kernel .. yu cn just add it lilo.conf

	- if you do "whacky stuff" according to what lilo expects,
	you have to clean up ( remove the old map files )

lilo does not care abotu System.map file
