I'm having a problem trying to remount /usr read-only. Some process has

when I tell it to).

My question is how to I find out what process has a file open for
writing on /usr?

I've already google'd and tried lsof, but lsof doesn't show anything
unusual and the documentation doesn't help (I'm probably not using it
right).

I occasionally get this on my server. I usually just stop non-critical
services (apache, postgresql, postfix, sslwrap, etc.) until I am able
to remount. Once I remount, I restart the services.
