There are a number of ways to do this, XDMCP is one of them, but ssh -X is
preferred, and ultimately much easier.

I again, urge you to think about ssh -X. If you really must use XDMCP,
you'll have to edit /etc/X11/xinit/xserverrc, and add:

-query <IP>

to the list of commands already there, then setup X on the client machines
to broadcast to that address, exporting their $DISPLAY as appropriate.
