Hi again Cecil,
as I mentioned before, removing the hard drive is the easiest option. It
takes all of 5 minutes and a 3.5/2.5 converter. The real problem with
the libretto is the floppy drive. No linux supports the floppy drive.
You need to have at least a small dos partition to keep using the floppy
drive. The other possible idea is to use loadlin.exe. if you use the usb
drive, you might be able to transfer files to get a basic linux setup.
Zip slack is a possible idea. I think its about 100mb and uses umsdos
for a file system. once you get the file moved over, you can boot zip
slack and then use the minimum zip slack system to install debian.
