If I remember correctly, it won't ask you for the URL if you have the
.jigdo file already, and in the correct place (although without it in
front of me I couldn't tell you what that was, maybe the same dir as the
.bat?). Try downloading -1.jigdo using something else e.g. your
favourite ftp program or (cough) IE.

If you are using windows, make sure the .bat is using the correct
location for wget.exe, try running that seperately and seeing if it
`works' [1](maybe a DLL issue - if its built with cygwin, my mind is blank)

I remember having to fiddle a bit last time I did it, but if you are a
bit short on B/W or can't find a pre-prepared ISO then no, there really
isn't a better way, afaik.


[1] as in, provides some kind of sensible output, rather than 'dll not
found' or segfaults etc.
