No, I don't need to do this; your method works.  I didn't know about '!'
when I set this up, and now 'c=inbox' is hardcoded into my fingertips.

I could make up some story about how I don't like having to reach for
the '!' or something, but the truth is it's just habit based on
ignorance =)
