True, but its free in all the right ways, and you can be sure it will
improve. Of course, why limit yourself to only one layer of protection?
Block attachments with exim, write an exim or procmail filter that
quarantines attachments which are of any type other than .pdf, .doc,
etc, so that you can review them before delivering them to your users.

exim4-daemon-heavy is just the name of the debian package providing
exim4 with a few extra features compiled in, including exiscan, which
allows one to easily integrate mail scanning of various sorts.
It doesnt nuke attachments by default, it just makes it easy to block
your choice of attachments if you want to.
