I tend to agree. But experience here (Federal Institute of Technology, CS dept) has shown some women prefer having women-only groups over having mixed groups, which usually means 80-90% male. (I don't know why Switzerland is so lagging wrt female participation in tech professions - AFAIK large part of europe have something like 30% women in CS.
