I did not catch the start of this thread, however I am using a USB
optical mouse.  Here is the config section for it:

        Identifier      "Configured Mouse"
        Driver          "mouse"

        Option          "Protocol"              "ImPS/2"
        Option		"Emulate3Buttons"	"true"
        Option		"ZAxisMapping"          "4 5"

/dev/input/mice is defined with Major 13, and Minor 63
