I have used clamav for the last 6 months and am quite satisfied with it. You
need to install the qmail-queue patch, then qmail-scanner (qscand), then
clamav. This is pretty well detailed on the various sites. I like the twice
daily checking for new virus signatures on clamav's home site. Probably get
new signatures every 1-2 days.
