Hi

 could I suggest you cross-post kde problems and questions to the debian-kde 
mailing list.

I think that the Sid sources are offline due to the break-in on the servers. 
The debian project highest logical policy would be to get woody and then 
sarge trees working again. There are also a lot of problems with kde right 
now and the debian-kde mailing list is the best place to ask about these.
