If you're running your mail server on testing or unstable Debian you can
just install spammass-milter package and add following string to your
sendmail config:
INPUT_MAIL_FILTER(`spamassassin',`S=local:/var/run/sendmail/spamass.sock, F=, T=S:4m;R:4m;E:10m')dnl

If you're using something else you might want to look at:
