"Claims to be from a domain which has not authorized the originating IP
number to use it" works for me. This would not eliminate all spam, but it
would make the remainder a hell of a lot easier to identify and/or trace
and it would stop the bastards from libeling me by sending kiddy-porn ads
in my name.
