My mistake. I was exhausted. It goes at the top. 

It is easy to use formail to generate a unique message ID...Do you think
it would be practical to use these instead? I don't know whether they
would be stripped or not. You have the option of using the Message-ID
header, or the Resent-Message-ID header...
