Sorry, but no, I mustn't. That's why I said I was speaking for myself.

I do sometimes, when I gotta.

I've never needed it, honestly. I can imagine that it'd come in handy,
but it's just never been an issue.

It gives me "ls: /etc/gpm.conf: No such file or directory" I don't
have it installed.

OK. But the reason ImPS/2 came up originally was because he was trying
to get his wheel working, and asked about that. Someone else then
suggested to him that reading the docs would have pointed him to ImPS/2.
He then commented on the type of documentation available for installation
and configuration, and asked "what doc?" It seems reasonable to me that
in *this* context, such a doc would be one that new users generically
use or are aware of in the course of installing and configuring a
generic install; hence my reply.

Fair point.

I apologize. Hitting "reply" on my client ignores debian-user's
"Mail-Followup-To:" header and cues only off of "From:", which would
have sent to only you; to avoid that, I typically hit "reply to all"
and then edit out the original sender's address, leaving just the
list. But, I am human, and sometimes forget. Sorry for the
inconvenience.
