mutt (1.3.28-2.2 from stable) doesn't get that confused for me, so I
suppose it might be a wishlist bug in mutt. However, RFC 2822 requires
the comma, so it is most definitely a bug in the mail service in
question, and the mutt developers might simply have decided to be more
strict at some point.
