KDE 3.1.2 kdelibs4 depends on libvorbis0 ?

I am trying to get KDE 3.1.2 installed on testing and am 
having a strange dependancy problem.  I am using this source:
deb http://download.kde.org/stable/3.1.2/Debian stable main

When I apt-get install kdelibs4 I get this:

Sorry, but the following packages have unmet dependencies:
  kdelibs4: Depends: libarts1 (>= 1.1.2) but it is not going to be installed
            Depends: libvorbis0 (>= 1.0rc3-1) but it is not installable
            Depends: kdelibs-bin (= 4:3.1.2-0woody1)

I already have libarts1 version 1.1.2-1 installed so not sure why it
tells me that it is not going to be installed when it already is.

At packages.debian.org stable has libvorbis0 1.0rc3-1.
In testing and unstable libvorbis0 is replaced with libvorbis0a 1.0.0-3.

I have libvorbis0a installed on my testing box.

When I apt-get install kdelibs-bin I get:

  kdelibs-bin: Depends: kdelibs4 (>= 4:3.1.2) but it is not going to be installed
               Depends: libarts1 (>= 1.1.2) but it is not going to be installed
               Depends: libvorbis0 (>= 1.0rc3-1) but it is not installable

Looks like I need libvorbis0 so should I apt-get --force-yes ?  

I tried the --fix-missing but no dice.
