plz suggest a log analyzer/parser

Hi folks,

I've set up several boxes in my network to forward their log messages
to my office box.

It's a bit intimidating to look at those log entries with bare eyes, I
guess there must be something capable of parsing logs and highlighting
unusual items automatically.

So, is there such a thing?

Any hint or suggestion is highly appreciated.
