I presume you mean Devanagari font. It is the usual writing system for
Sanskrit but by no means the only one.
There's Raghu (TTF) http://rohini.ncst.ernet.in/indix/download/font/
and Sans99 (TTF and Type 1) http://omkarananda-ashram.org/Sanskrit/Itranslt.html
Depending on the license I may package one or both of these.
Monotype Devanagari (TTF and Type 1) is the highest quality but it is
proprietary.
All of these work fine with Linux though the lack of a proper input method
is a pain.
