Not entirely sure, was making an educated guess.  Have you read the
relevant /usr/share/doc/<packagename> directories to devine any help?

No, 20 is for SVCD, 60 is VCD.  Not sure about hardware support, I'd
recommend trying it.  VCD is pretty universally supported.
