That man page uses the raw Latin-1 non-breaking space character, which
isn't valid nroff input. It should use either '\ ' (for a
non-stretchable non-breaking space) or '\~' (for a stretchable
non-breaking space).
With this mail I'm filing a bug about that.

That's due to caching of formatted man pages.
