I don't see how it's possible to come up with reliable figures for this. I
can't prove it of course, but I strongly suspect Debian is significantly
under-estimated.
While it's true that more people *buy* RedHat and Mandrake, many of them do
exactly what I did and change to Debian after a decent interval.

So what's so great about being "on the curve"? I see very little value in
having the latest bugs. :)
