If you're using Debian, you could install the packages doc-linux-html or
doc-linux-text.  If not, go to the LDP's "single page HTML" download page, 

	http://www.ibiblio.org/pub/Linux/docs/HOWTO/other-formats/html_single/

and not the "multiple pages" version.
