Many people have suggested mkboot. The advantage of mkboot is that it puts a
kernel on the floppy.
In addition I suggest apt-getting grub and going here:
http://www.linuxjournal.com/article.php?sid=4622
The advantage of grub is that you can make a single boot floppy to access
any Windows and most Linux systems.
